A family kitchen built on heritage.
Muglan is a proudly family-owned restaurant, opened by owner Om Prakash Paudyal to share the bold, authentic flavours of the Nepali food he grew up with with the people of Plympton.
What started as one family's love for cooking has grown into a kitchen where every spice is made in house, every curry is simmered slowly, and every naan is slapped against the wall of a roaring tandoor and pulled out blistered, fragrant, and ready.
Whether you join us in the dining room or take a meal home, you're welcomed as part of the family with food made with care, and served with a smile.
